soks vs. instiki
Copied from Email on Tue, 15 Feb 2005 13:23:37 +0100 from Uwe Kallmeyer (UKA@ap-ag.com)
I installed instiki two days ago and took the latest version from SVN
wich is ported to rails. It was so slow that i decided to restart with
soks. soks is running blindingly fast and seems to me much more
flexible (meaning _I_ can flex it) than instiki. So please do not merge
soks and instiki (at least I read you announcment on
http://soks.counsell.org/view/planned%20features this way) but keep
soks as straight an fast as it is.
Thank you for a fine wiki.

P.S.: I'm currently having problems with the RSS feature together with
umlauts being not encoded correctly but maybe these will be
sorted out in the future.
