ruby process cosumes 99%
percent of CPU usage.

Does it eventually settle down?
If so it may be related to
Bug: Cache failing on Windows (With Fix).
As my wiki got large,
rebuilding the cache on every startup became painful.

It settle down.
It turn out that during the initializing phase,
soks eaten CPUs.
After 10 or 20 seconds.
The CPU consumption’s OK.
